Whether you are new to Pilates, are recovering from injury or just looking to increase flexibility & mobility then our foundation classes are right for you. We will cover the basic principles of Pilates and essential mat exercises to ensure the best results. Exercises & workouts are progressive so you will be challenged but all workouts should be comfortable & manageable

For those with back pain our “Be Kind To Your Spine” class will strengthen core muscles around the spine, shoulders and abdomen. It will reduce lower back stress, improve posture and alignment as well as flexibility & mobility. Perfect for beginners who are nervous, injured or new to fitness classes.

If you are looking for more of a challenge our “Fitness Pilates” classes are right for you. Working towards a well-defined “Pilates body” these invigorating and dynamic exercise classes will leave you feeling stronger & more sculpted whilst strengthening deep stabilization muscles to support other sporting activities. Depending on fitness levels it is advisable that you have either done Pilates before or attend 1-2-1 sessions before joining these classes.

- Saturday 10am-11am (strength and resistance fitness – recommended 20 sessions before attending this class)
For older clients or clients uncomfortable with mat based workouts we offer chair based Pilates. This will work the entire body focussing on flexibility, mobility and increasing strength and improving balance.

For pre-natal clients, we offer a gentle but effective workout to help prepare you for birth. Using stability balls, flex bands and Matwork we’ll be focussing on pelvic floor work, flexibility & relaxation. These are currently only available as 1-2-1 or 1-2-2 sessions
For post-natal clients, we offer a conditioning workout to help strengthen & flatten abs as well as reactivate & strengthen deep stabilizing muscles. Currently these are available as 1-2-1 sessions
