Welcome to Blue Lotus Pilates, we provide STOTT Pilates classes for everyone from serious fitness enthusiasts, rehab patients, pre & post natal clients & clients with reduced mobility who would rather do armchair based Pilates. Everyone will see & feel the difference.
We are now online with Zoom classes. Classes have been kept to a maximum of six clients for essential/back care classes and eight clients for fitness based classes to ensure clients have the attention they deserve.
If you are a new client I am able to offer postural analysis and 1-2-1’s in my home studio to teach the basic principles of Pilates before introducing you to a class when you feel ready. These can be either mat or reformer based
I am able to teach 1-2-1 sessions either online or socially distanced in person, please contact me for more information
